Each code works with a specific airtime card, or any card of greater value (except the 1 Year/ 400 Minute card). So a code for a 60 Minute Card will also work for the 120, 200 and 450 Minute Airtime Cards.

For those who might not know, Tracfone is a wireless prepaid cell phone service provider that sells both airtime, and cell phones.
